Violinist Kina Park is an active soloist and chamber musician throughout the
United States and Korea. She made her debut with Kiev National Chamber
Orchestra at the age of 14. Since then she has been a prizewinner of numerous competitions including the Strad Magazine Competition, American Fine Art Festival Golden Era of Romantic Music Competition, Nan-pa (Sung-jung) Competition, Kye-myung University Competition, Busan Music Edu. Committee Competition, Korea Herald Music Competition, and Korea Music Newspaper Competition. As a soloist, she has performed with Virtuoso Ensemble, Haffner Sinfonietta, InKorean Orchestra, and Busan Philharmonic Orchestra. Also she has performed in festivals including Aspen Music Festival, Banff Music Festival, and Miyazaki Music Festival.

Born in Korea, Ms. Park received her bachelor’s degree at Seoul National
University, master’s degree at New England Conservatory, and the Doctor
Musical of Arts degree at Boston University.

Ms. Park served as faculty at Concord Conservatory of Music from 2016-2018, and she recently joined the adjunct faculty of Philips Exeter Academy. She has been featured as concertmaster of Haffner sinfonietta and Hwaum Boston Chamber from 2009-2014, and since November 2014, she has been performing regularly with the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
